For this weeks Cooking for Peanut we have created a family favourite inspired breakfast to get you out of bed. Our Breakfast crumble is a healthy breakfast alternative that requires minimal effort.
Our Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts naturally add plant sourced protein and fibre to any dish🤘
Ingredients:
- 1 Apple (chopped)
- A handful of blueberries
- 3/4 cup oats
- 50g Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts (crushed)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp yoghurt (topping)
Recipe:
- Pre-heat oven to 180.
- Mix together oats, Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts, peanut butter, and maple syrup then set aside.
- Add chopped apple and blueberries to a single serve oven proof dish.
- Now add crumble mixture on top and aim to cover all the fruit.
- Bake for 12 minutes in the oven or until golden brown.
- Finally, top with yoghurt and enjoy!
