For this weeks Cooking for Peanuts we have created a overnight oats that you can prepare in advance to help in those early mornings.
The apple and peanut flavour combo is great for energy and a perfect fusion.
Ingredients:
- 200g oats
- 1 grated apple
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 450ml milk
- 30g Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts (crushed)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Recipe:
- Mix together oats, Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts (crushed), apple, cinnamon, milk and vanilla extract.
- Set in the fridge overnight.
- Once you are ready to eat, mix together peanut butter and maple syrup then drizzle on top.
