Cooking for Peanuts: Apple & Peanut Overnight Oats

For this weeks Cooking for Peanuts we have created a overnight oats that you can prepare in advance to help in those early mornings. 

The apple and peanut flavour combo is great for energy and a perfect fusion. 

Ingredients:

  • 200g oats
  • 1 grated apple
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 450ml milk
  • 30g Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter

Recipe:

  1. Mix together oats,  Real Handful Sea Salted Peanuts (crushed), apple, cinnamon, milk and vanilla extract.
  2. Set in the fridge overnight.
  3. Once you are ready to eat, mix together peanut butter and maple syrup then drizzle on top.
